Trusted
Meaning: It looks safe.
What you should do: Still be careful. Scammers can change things. If it feels wrong, don't click.
Unknown
Meaning: We can't be sure.
What you should do: Don't click yet. Ask someone you trust, or avoid it.
Untrusted
Meaning: It looks dangerous.
What you should do: Don't click. Delete it. If it came from a "company," go to the real website yourself instead.
If a message makes you feel rushed, stop and check first.
